The EXACTUS® HELIOS (H01) has been tested to and found in compliance with the harmonized standards under the EU Low Voltage Directive (2014/35/EU) and the EU Electromagnetic Compatibility Directive (2014/30/EU), supporting the CE mark.

Safety — LVD 2014/35/EU

Tested to the harmonized safety standard for the EU Low Voltage Directive:

  • EN IEC 62368-1:2024+A11:2024 — audio/video, information and communication technology equipment, safety requirements

EMC — EMC Directive 2014/30/EU

All emission and immunity tests returned a PASS result against the harmonized standards:

  • EN IEC 61000-6-3:2021 — generic emission
  • EN IEC 61000-6-1:2019 — generic immunity
  • EN IEC 61000-3-2:2019+A1:2021 — harmonic current emissions
  • EN 61000-3-3:2013+A2:2021+AC:2022-01 — voltage changes, fluctuations, and flicker

Coverage: conducted & radiated emissions (< 1 GHz), ESD, RF field immunity, and power-frequency magnetic-field immunity — all within limits.

Identification

The nameplate label

The Helios carries a nameplate label with the serial number, hardware version, and order code. Quote the serial number and firmware version (from About This Device) when contacting support.
